Permit History Lookup - Search
Welcome to Clackamas County's Permit History research tool. This tool will allow you to look up a variety of permits (Building, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, Septic and Land Use) and also view any documents associated with a permit that have been scanned into the county's files. You can search for a permit by either the permit number, address or tax parcel number. For any of these search fields you can enter partial information in order to get a broader list of results (for instance if you know the house number but are not sure of the name of the street you can simply type in the house number and select the "Search" button). The database contains some permit history going back into the 1980s but please note the disclaimer on this page that notes that a more thorough records search may necessitate a visit to the county's offices.
